I can honestly say it is worth all the hard work of simultaneously studying and taking time to put effort into your application. The grad scheme has been completely brilliant, and just to let you know the headband as sported by Tom is not obligatory. It is hard work, but tremendously satisfying. All that is left to say is good luck.
