I am a big fan of office snacks, food certainly keeps me from lagging in the afternoons and I get especially excited when colleagues return from holiday and bring some weird and wonderful chocolates and sweets back for the rest of the department to feast on; recent contributions have been Lychee sweets from Malaysia and Hokey Pokey chocolates all the way form New Zealand. I myself am a particular fan of lifesaving soft gooey cookies. However, by far the department favourite is the chili potato with cheese; some of my colleagues are absolutely passionate about these. The news this week was that someone had discovered a new even better place to get them and unbelievably 10p cheaper!
